Ordered seeds , 5 weeks later nothing. No replies to emails. Very disappointed

My experience with Meadow Flowers Australia has been nothing short of brilliant. There are few businesses these days, that go above & beyond for their customers; Meadow Flowers Australia exceeded even this. My first package arrived torn open & held together by a rubber band (poor form Australia Post! Seriously terrible service)... I emailed Meadow Flowers Australia & immediately received a phone call from a lovely lady who apologised & made sure everything I ordered had arrived.A few weeks later I realised one pack of seeds must have fallen out of the torn package, so I emailed & again, immediately received a phone call with apologies & a promise to send the lost seeds, the next business day. These were express post sent with the bonus of some extra seeds for my patience.On top of this, the offer of personal assistance from Morrie (his mobile number is provided with the seeds) truly shows a genuine passion for his product. This is unheard of commitment to quality & outcome.I've never experienced such kind & high quality service from any company before. What a couple of champions!Thank you Morrie & team!

Placed order yet have had no contact, confirmation or anything not very comforting that its legit, lucky I paid via paypal. Update….your reply is lacking honest information with regards to timelines and to your inability to supply products according to you due to postage delay from overseas. You do get 5 star for refunding my money immediately when you admitted to having stock delays from overseas and no definite eta.
