T2 Tea - Werribee

had really outstanding service this afternoon. was served by samantha, and she gave me honest and upfront advice, which was well-appreciated, and had plenty of recommendations when it came to making your own tea blends. i left the store with two teas under her recommendation to try together (she even told me tips on how to make it; again, she went the extra mile, and it was greatly appreciated), and it is such a smooth blend of flavour. absolutely exquisite. cannot recommend this particular store in particular enough, i always love poking around in t2 stores, but knowing samantha is here and has so many recommendations up her sleeve is so comforting; plus, the store is large enough that you don't have to squeeze around the shelves. definitely will be back :)

Absolutely gorgeous store! Made ever better with the wonderful staff.The workers there were able to identify what would suit me and my preferred tastes, provide helpful suggestions and save me the most money. The store is easy to navigate and honestly just so hard to leave! Stunning visual merchandising left me speechless and excited to come back for more! Don't be afraid to ask for a hand - the lovely ladies there seem more than happy to help :)

I love their tea, and I've been here in the past and they've been quite nice. But this afternoon I went in and the staff were pretty rude to me. There was 2 of them and one other customer in the store, who they were talking to at the counter.When I came up to pay they just ignored me for a while talking to the other customer. She wasn't standing at the counter or anything, just to the side, chatting. I was polite and just waited. Then when the lady finally served me she was kinda rude and dismissive to me. After I paid I asked if there were any bags and she looked at me exasperated and said they're $1 so I said don't worry about it, just because she was giving me a get out vibe".It was funny cuz I walked over to the Body Shop straight after and the difference was phenomenal. The lady just gave me a paper bag (that I didn't have to pay for)

I recently went to the T2 store here in Werribee. Found the sales people were friendly and helpful. Particularly one of the sales assistants whom went to recommend a couple of teas in which she had liked, just need to be mindful of calling customers lovely

Visited the store at Werribee yesterday and Samantha was the most helpful , pleasant and friendly staff ever. She made me feel comfortable in asking questions about the specific Tea I wanted to purchased . The foil refill pack wasn’t available so she gave me an option to get 3 boxes of the tea I wanted equivalent to the amount of the refill pack quantity and Sam offered to matched the price of three boxes to the foil refill pack .She made my day . Love the vibes I get every time I step into a T2 shop! Always greeted by lovely and welcoming staff, Samantha being one of the many helpful team members. I appreciated her enthusiasm and mannerisms as she helped me select the most suitable tea for me with my needs. She also was able to educate on me on the difference between green and black teas and I learnt something new which is something I value. Awesome experience and will be heading back down there soon!

Great tea selection. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially one of them, Samantha. She is always with a smile on her face and always offers to help! She makes you feel welcome! I will only get served by Samantha as I trust her tea selections and gifting ideas! :-)

As usual T2 offers here a host of tea options including testing of special tea . We tested Lopchu variety which is very unique. Service is pleasing.

Beautiful shop with exquisite merchandise! The service by the shop assistants (or owners perhaps?), Sophia and Josey, was also top quality. Highly recommended
