Mecca Maxima

Found one staff member to be very unfriendly with no convo or smiles. Very uncomfortable. Even rude when buying product and colour matched. I wouldn’t go back into the store. Rather Sephora.

All the woman that worked in Mecca Maxima Robina (QLD, Australia) were not only very attractive, but also very friendly and professional. I needed help with what brand foundation to use and what type ect. I had a lady with me within 2 minutes of asking for help. She asked me questions about my skin type, what tone it is, is it dry, combination or oily ect. And she suggested a good brand, and the foundation is beautiful, she tested it on my skin, gave me a sample and when i went back and bought it (among a whole bag of other things) they gave me a discount. and a free makeup application because it was my birthday. very very lovely people I couldnt fault them!!!

Horrible customer service. I felt like I was ignored and avoided the whole time. When my sister and I finally got someone to acknowledge us, she was very unfriendly and didn't offer much help. I felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome. Definitely won't be shopping there again.

I was at the Robina store today and attended to by Emily, who was so lovely and knowledgeable. As I get older my skin is changing, but I had no idea where to start with what I was looking for.Emily was super patient with all my questions and amazing with the tutorial she gave me on how to use the products we selected for my skin. Getting home, the products were just as easy to apply as she’d made it look in store.I’m not someone with great skill when it comes to application, get my makeup is looking flawless and I couldn’t be happier.Thanks Emily

I had my makeup done for an engagement party by Lauren and she was fabulous it looked amazing. After she put a lip colour on I changed my mind to a different colour and she was happy to fix it. Very kind and friendly. Highly recommend

Excellent service, needed a blusher, very hard to choose, especially in artificial light, the assistant took me outside to look properly in a hand held mirror, asked her colleague to come and check....i went away very happy, with Hourglass blusher and couldn't be happier. Thankyou...ps i could have been their grandmother!

The staff are rude. Being makeup artist, I buy a lot of makeup, but the staff were rude to me, and were no help at all. Plus the inflated prices! I can order online and get them for half the price that they are charging. Maybe I would've actually bought something if your staff weren't so damn mean. I'd rather take my money and spend it at Myer rather than your overpriced store. Worst customer service ever.

A bit small and crowded for Mecca. Walked all over trying to find something and not a single staff member acknowledged me or offered help until I was literally ready to tap my card to hand over my cash to this business that doesn’t seem to want to take my money! Have always had better interactions with typically knowledgeable and friendly staff at other locations so time for this one to step it up!

Came in one day 10 minutes before closing because I had no time during my busy day to come in, but 10 5:20 means your still open for business you should still have that hard working smile on your face and give the best service you can. Not be aggressive and impatient.
