I am a fan of this little piece of cake decorating heaven , great service, huge range, Lou's gingerbread what could there be not to like.

Terrible service by Tash.When I called to discuss a refund she wouldn’t give on a product she recommended (which wasn’t the right product, not even close to what was asked for) she spoke very rude and hung up.I only rated 1 star because there wasn’t an option for 0 stars.Also my business partner put a review on there Facebook page and she blocked her and made it so no one can make reviews, very immature on her behalf.

Above and beyond my wildest imagination! The gingerbread took me back to my childhood when I used to bake with my grandma. This a must visit if you're in Tasmania! Plus the staff are fantastic!

We order gingerbread from this shop when we get the craving ourselves or for gifting to family and friends. It's delicious.

Went into the ARGYLE STREET shop to buy some edible paint for my cookie business and I was served by a beautiful young lady who went out the back to ask the lady by the name of Tash what paint would be suited for fondant. She had chosen one which would be suited and I paid and went to my car, i glanced down as I put in in my grove box and it said on the front of the paint “use in ventilated room and wear protective mask”.. so I opened it and the paint was almost clear and mainly made from alcohol, so very watery and would defiantly not be used on fondant.I went back in and Tash refused a refund as it had been opened.The other two lovely ladies in there both said if it was their shop, they would have defiantly refunded as one of them even tested it on paper and the high alcohol content made the paint seperate from the alcohol and looked like a mess, it would have ruined my cookies. I also drove 60kms to get there and there was no way I was getting a refund.The other lady recommended the right paint I could use for a fraction of the price I paid for something I’m never going to be able to use.Tash was rude, and went on to say she didn’t recommended anything to me (she chose that paint and she knew I said it was for fondant)Very disappointed in her rude service.I will defiantly be buying online from now on.
