Last experience few weeks ago, not good. All team members huddled around one computer. I had to wait 15 minutes and I am disabled.

disgusting people at this Elizabeth branch, my mother speaks limited english, they used this to upsell 400 dollars of stuff to her, hid it in a payment plan and added it to her bill. She asked if she needed this and if its free and they said yes. Disgusting low life thieves. Will take this as far as needs be to get that money back. Don't go here, when I confronted them they basically told me its fair game, this is illegal under consumer laws. Disgusting.

Good staff and best customer service experience by the team the manger over there made the process very easy and they setup the phone for me as well. I would recommend to go over there.

Optus do have a lot of offers and are great at taking on new customers. Unfortunately, their mobile phone coverage is poor, even in suburban areas. Most of the time, I only have 1 or 2 bars of signal on a 5g network. When driving out to the country, I lose signal even if it is out to Eudunda, which is an hour away from Elizabeth.

The person we spoke to is absolutely useless, because we were told at the end of the interaction that there would be a fee coming out instead of telling us at the start. Her manner was elsewhere and not on the job, I would not recommend the Elizabeth branch of Optus.
