Great service. Nick was at my place within half an hour of my call (good timing as he was between jobs) Came in, got my fridge running again with no fuss. Quick, prompt friendly service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Highly recommended. i called before 9am. Diagnosed and approx pricing on the phone to which I agreed. Said he would be here before lunch and he was. Diagnosis was good, price was good as quoted. Fixed and on his way within 3 hours of my initial call. All inclusive price inc GST and labour given up front.

Would really recommend Nick! Called him up in the morning to tell him about the issues we had with our Westinghouse Side by Side Fridge Freezer. He told me what he thought the problem might be and what it would cost if that was the problem. He was able to attend same day just a few hours later. Super friendly and straight into the job. The problem was as suspected and he had it fixed within the hour. Super friendly guy, you won't regret calling him out. Thanks Nick :)

Called Nick, he picked up promptly, but refused to come see the Fridge on the grounds that I was a landlord trying to fix a fridge provided to my tenant and he would therefor have to invoice me, rather than have me pay him in the moment.

Came within a day and arrived when he said. Nick was honest in his assessment that our 7 year old LG fridge was not worth repairing and explained why. Appreciated his honesty and did not charge for the visit.

I know time is money but Nick changed me the full call out fee of $110 no pension discount ! was here for a couple of minutes to tell me that the fridge was not worth repairing and left , I noticed in a previous review he was far more lenient
