Studio Pilates International Applecross

When I first heard about Studio Pilates and their structure of tv screens and video I was very sceptical. I’ve done reformer for 3 years with an instructor always telling us what to do, sometimes from a piece of paper that they had written their program on the night before thinking this was normal and great!Well to say I love Studio Pilates and their approach with the screens is an understatement.I’ve been doing 3 classes a week since Chloe opened the Applecross studio and the 1-2-1 attention I get from the instructors is amazing. Having completed the info sheet about my injuries and weaknesses they are across what I need and when I need it. To enter the room and be told today we have this exercise and you can’t do it due to your conditions so I have a replacement for you. That is absolute gold.100% Studio Pilates have created something magic.I’m close to 4 classes a week! ❤️ Chloe you are the best and your team are amazing as well

Studio Pilates Applecross is such a welcoming place. I feel like I am getting stronger and my physio is happy that I'm strengthening my core! All the instructors want you to get the most out of each workout and also help modify them for existing aches and pains. Love SP Applecross!

You’ve surpassed my expectations with your TV screens giving verbal and visual instructions and attentive & knowledgeable instructors, especially Sheryl E. who take it to a whole new level with their one to one attention on which part of the body to tweek to get the most out of the exercises. I can honestly see the effects on my body shape from doing just 3 classes a week and my posture has improved tremendously. Phenomenal job, SP!!

Absolutely loving this new Reformer Pilates Studio in Applecross. Feeling stronger with each session and appreciating the screens showing how to perform each movement, as well as having an instructor. The instructors are all very good and attentive, ensuring that best form and technique is achieved. I have now become even more addicted to Reformer Pilates than before.
