Colour Nails

A big thank-you to Thai Vo" for being my nail technician for my mummy/daughter day out. He was absolutely hilarious and made it a very enjoyable experience. His technique is gentle and precise. I'm so happy with my nails and I highly recommend going to this place. It's very popular and can get busy so you might need to book before hand if you haven't got time to wait. I've noticed people giving bad reviews because they have to wait but it's not Colour Nails fault if it's busy and you turn up without an appointment and expect to be seen straight away. It's not fair to the business if the customer is rude about having to wait. My wait time was 45mins so I wrote my name down on the appointment sheet and went to a coffee shop during my wait time no problem at all. The staff were so lovely about everything and they 100% deserve 5 Stars from all their customers because what they do is not easy. Other reviewers need to be a little less "privileged" and a little more understanding of the process."

i don’t usually put down reviews on businesses but i won’t be coming back lol. I usually go to this place every 2-3 weeks to get my nails done and recently i won’t be coming back. Not even going to mention the ridiculous prices. My friend and I were in for a mani pedi and whilst one of the ladies were doing my feet she accidentally cut me. which i was not mad about, the lady was young and she apologised many times so i let it go, thinking at the end i’d get some compensation for it. Nope! charged almost $200 for a mani pedi. I won’t say the service or my nails have ever been bad, but come on!!! do better

This place is horrible.. not only are they rude but you book an appointment to be sitting and waiting for an hour when I could have been soaking off this whole time!! Under staffed and they just keep booking and booking multiple people.. it’s all about money and not the people!! I will never go back. You need to learn customer service!!

I haven’t had any nails break over the last few months. I had a fill here and I have now had a total of 5 nails break in the span of 1.5 weeks. That is ridiculous. I had to go back to get them repaired all on seperate occasions- One time even having to pay after the lady told me it’s due to “the quality of the technician” and that she could see why my nails were snapping. I would have liked to of been compensated for all of the issues I had with these nails however I received nothing from either of the salons these people own at the plaza. Don’t recommend unfortunately. One of the ladies was super helpful however does not justify the fact that one of their technicians did such a poor job.

Have just had the best pedi of my life from the amazing Hannah. I had ingrown nails and the extent she went to, to correct them I was blown away. She was so precise with everything from the leg exfoliate, to the paint work. She would not stop till they were perfect! Thank you Hannah, I do appreciated your amazing service.

Completely overpriced. $75 ….. Extra $10 for French tip I may add . When I asked why so much I was told because shelac was used… This wasn’t offered to me it was just added onto the price. Very sneaky place and not worth the price.

I would give 1 star if I could. First time visitor because my usual salon was closed for Christmas/New Year. I had booked an appointment for mani/pedi shellac. At my usual salon, they put me straight in the pedi chair to start the pedi, and start on my mani at the same time. Not here. They didn’t put me in the pedi chair until the mani was complete. Inefficient use of time. Also, the colour I wanted for my nails “was here this morning, but now we can’t find it”. So I just had the same colour on nails and toes because it was all too hard. I was there for 2 hours 40 minutes total. Crazy. Would have been so much shorter if someone was doing my nails while my pedi was being done. My old shellac needed to be removed before the new shellac could be applied, and instead of applying the solution to cotton wool and wrapping the nails in foil (or some other means), they just lay pieces of soaked cotton wool over each nail… it was the most bizarre method of shellac removal I’ve ever seen. It was also $15 more expensive than my usual salon. I will not be returning - even in desperation.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience and won't be going back. One lady attempted my pedicure which I had to ask her to do the heel buffing at the end. She filed my actual skin too around the nail. Then a second lady came to paint my nails and the end result looked like a young child had done it. Thankfully a THIRD lady saw the horror on my face and was able to rectify their error by repainting completely and tidying up the nails. She also took 10% off but I still would not go back.

Poor service, did not use the right colour or type of polish as requested and the end result was messy. The tools being used were also not cleaned/replaced between clients. Would not recommend.

Worst nail bar ever. Poor quality nails each time. I gave them $100 last Sunday for shellac on my toes and gel nails. The gel nails are the worst ever. Really thin, cut all different shapes and can see my natural nail under them. When I went to pay as per usual their pay pass is apparently out of order and I had to make a trip to coles to get money out. All they want is cash so they don’t have to pay tax like everyone else. I will never be returning. Save your money and do your research and go to a good nail bar that will be happy to do a good job on your nails. Also some of the staff are extremely rude.
