PACE Health Management has been so good for me. I have a permanent disability and it is very important for me to improve, or at least maintain, the best level of mobility and strength I can. My sessions at PACE have allowed me to improve many fold for which I am very grateful.

Five years ago I was diagnosed as being at high risk of osteoporosis. A year after which I developed pain in both ankles called ‘plantar fasciitis’. My family doctor suggested and referred me to PACE Health Management. Since I started the programme in September 2022 I been working with Nathan who has been amazing and a pleasure to work with. His knowledge, expertise and professionalism has been excellent, helping to improve and maintain my bone density, reducing the pain in my ankles, improving balance, strength etc. Each session has given me a sense of achievement. The staff are very friendly and supportive. I highly recommend PACE Health Management.

I had never heard of an excercise physiologist!!I I go twice a week and now actually look forward to it.
