Very happy with the service received from the Mandurah store. Staff in showroom were very helpful and knowledgeable. Supplied unit the same day and arranged an installer who was very professional. Will definitely recommend.

Had a fantastic experience today with the installation of our Samsung reverse cycle system in our home!Bob and the install team had a fantastic level of communication with myself and my wife throughout the course of the day, and completed the job to a high standard.It gives us great peace of mind having contractors like this completing work within our home, and it was greatly appreciated.The entire process from quote (Kurt) to delivery to installation has been exceptional.Thanks to the mandurah team!Scott & Anna

Hello I am leaving a 1 star review after 2 years of chasing them to fix the air-conditioning units clips that weren't put in correctly. Tried multiple times to get them to fix it and still nothing. Very disappointing

Very happy with our choice and every aspect of sale and installation. So glad we chose the smaller heater, Jarrahdale Swagman, as it heats the area perfectly and even manages to get some heat down to the front of the house which our reverse cycle just could not achieve. Thank you Dee, Brad and others, you all did a great job. I wish I could give you 10 stars.

The staff at Mandurah Ambience Air were very helpful and professional from the salesperson to the office staff.We agreed on a date for the gear to be delivered and when installation was to begin.The delivery person rang me on the day to confirm the time and the installation team the day before. Both arrived on time. The house was left clean and tidy.I would recommend the Mandurah Ambience Air team for your air conditioning needs.

We chose to use Ambience air because of the price and service they provided. Our house was a little older (1938) with high ceilings which I thought would be a problem but they were able to plan the evaporative system we needed including two whirly birds and an inside vent. Very happy with the service and team :)

We recently purchased a ducted reverse cycle air con system which was installed last week.I cannot recommend the staff from the Mandurah store more highly both Kurt and Natalie were absolutely amazing to communicate with.From my first point of contact and the whole way through the process.As I was advised the skipbin arrived the day before as did the system.The installers who removed our Evap system and installed the new system were here on time, were super efficient, polite and the skip bin was filled to the max, my floors were fully vacuumed and no rubbish left anywhere other than the skip bin.The electricians were again on time and again a team of very skilled Sparky’s.Kelly from the after sales team was super efficient in dealing with the aircon manufacturer.All in all we think it was the best money spent to have a new system but the professionalism shown from all staff was way beyond 5 star.Thank you Ambience Air

Excellent service from the Mandurah Ambience Air Store. They have quoted me previously and did not hesitate to re-quote for me when I was ready to go ahead. Seamless service, quick easy, efficient and all what I needed as a busy working single Mum. TheI came home to a clean and tidy house after the install was complete. The product is perfect for my family. Highly recommend.

Bought a Samsung air conditioner for my newly built house back in 2016, the sales rep was very knowledgeable with very good customer service. He even gave me a discount which was good of him. The installation process was on time and very efficient. To this date, the aircon is still working flawlessly and the instalment was well done. Will definitely purchase from them again if I were to build. AA customer service and products.
