10/10 - Fast and friendly service, well priced for my fridge repair. I called a competitor first who advised ‘just go and buy a new fridge’. I’m glad I didn’t listen, and contacted Hunter Valley Whitegoods instead - you have saved me $$$ and my sanity.

doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Avoid these disgusting people at all costs!they take advantage of young women and rip them off. damaged my home and refuse to respond/fix the damage they’ve caused to my home.please please avoid using this disgusting ‘business’

3 months ago I bought a fridge from Whitegoods Mayfield, the owners are very friendly and easy to talk to, they treat you really well but once you set a foot outside they’re store you’re no longer important to them.2 days after buying the fridge, took the water reservoir of the fridge to fill it out as demonstrated by the owner of Whitegoods Mayfield and the plastic plug broke. I called them and supposedly they were going to fix it that week. Called a second time that Thursday that they were supposed to come and fix it and the tradie that does the repairs was too busy for that. I obviously got tired of asking.My wife then called over a month ago and they told her that they need to order the piece in. To this day we haven’t received any call, message or voicemail about this so, overall if you really need to buy a fridge in an emergency this place works but forget that they will care about you as a customer once you walk out the store.

Can highly recommend Paul, an experienced professional with old school service. Repaired our fridge freezer, very reasonable.

Repair man, Tim arrived on time as scheduled, had problem under control within minutes. Cleaned up after spilling some water, Machine back good as new" - give them a call

Great products and prices but do you need a fridge or an eski ?

We had our dishwasher repaired today by Tim.He was prompt and delivered great service to us,happy to answer any questions we had ,would absolutely recommend theses guys to anyone. The office staff were helpful and friendly too.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Do not use this company - rude, unpleasant, unhelpful, and obnoxious woman who answers the phone. My Hisense washing machine started leaking and I was advised Hunter Valley White Goods would send a serviceman. They did not call me once the repair job had been passed on to them by Hisense. They did not arrive on the day they were supposed to, I had sat at home all day waiting and then when I called at 2.15pm to ask what time I could expect the technician, I was shouted at by this rude woman. She told me she was going to ensure my washing machine repairs would be put to the back of the queue and she would make me wait to have it fixed. When I asked to speak to the manager, she shouted I am the MAN - A - GER" and then phone slammed down. Worst customer service ever experienced!"

Extremely unprofessional, DO NOT use this business.They dented my brand new floors while repairing my fridge! I contacted them immediately after the damage had happened & they said damage was already there (photo proof that no damage was there before)Was then called a liar by the older lady on the phone & spoken to extremely rudely. She then told me that they would pay for the floor to be fixed and that a floor man would contact me. This was in November last year, No contact has been made by the business & the floor repair man never heard from them!Avoid using this business!! They will damage your home & take zero responsibility.I work so hard to have a nice home so I’m extremely upset that they have done this me.I will be taking them to court for damages to my house.

Had someone come out to fix my washing machine as it wasn’t spinning properly, once he left and i paid $260, i put it on a cycle to clean it - and it didn’t work at all.Made contact with the owner, he said he wanted to come out to fix it - then he never called. Wasted $260, and I had to get a new washing machine.Do not recommend.
