K revived my dads very old PC and left it running perfectly, then sorted my 2 sons pcs. . .always great customer service, super detailed, K explains everything in lame non tech terms (for me anyways LOL) and supports all the way thru- met him 2 years ago, I always recommend him and go again and again and again LOL

A few years ago where I didn't know much about PCs, I brought in a laptop to be repaired. Motherboard was replaced and all was good. However, I had to get a new laptop as the replaced motherboard had faulty CPU censors and a damaged USB port. Contacted however they just told me it to change it to an older OS.Nice guy, but would not recommend for fixing Apple products.

The only place open on a Sunday. Extremely helpful staff, very professional, and I am very happy with the length they went to repair my HP laptop.I highly reccomend k-tech for all your repair needs, and have absolutely made them my #1 recomendation to family/friends that are having hardware teoubles

Had my Lenovo and HP laptops fixed here. Even helped me to sell one of my older laptops - had a buyer within a week! They open early and close late. Owned and operated by a friendly Vietnamese man. He was very helpful and honest. Professional and prompt service with competitive pricing. Highly recommended!!

Expensive for highly cheap pages and rubbish printers. He said his printers cant print all leeters in page that why some of material was missing from page .... instead he can load pages more cautiously or choose more options but he did not have printer he said. I dont want give one star either.

My laptop decided to die mid paperwork on a Sunday night, with it being due Monday morning, and 6:30 pm at night. Gave him a call, could recover hard drive with an external case. He retrieved the old hard drive, recased it, and showed me how to use it without accidentally deleting the data. For $30!!!!!!! Life saver and affordable. A must use technology company. Highly recommended.
