Future Friendly Packaging

No exchange, even come with receipts and full packaging.

We use a thousand or so of future friendly cups a week. Recently they have changed to a bamboo/PLA lined cup and we used 600 or so of these last week before returning to our supplier with the feedback of lids being too difficult to fit to the top of the cup and an increase in heat convection through the cup making coffees too hot to hold.This is our 7th year of trading in our current business setup and my 26th year of making coffee. The response I would expect from future friendly would be something like, thank you for the feedback"
