Absolutely amazing. Apartments are in immaculate condition...All features, products and appliances inside are of top quality Dnt bother looking elsewhere. Affordable with amazing views in the heart of the cbd. Thank you for the welcomed stay.

Where do I begin.... very unprofessional, difficult to find, condition of property was atrocious with cobwebs, dust, carpet stains, wall and door stains, dirty cooktop and rangehood and the list goes one. Wouldn't even give it a 2 star rating. When contacting them was just told if you are not happy to stay just send us photos and we'll refund you. No attempt to change our room to a cleaner room or better room our long weekend away was ruined. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely horrible experience. My son had checked out and had to patiently wait until he could be picked up and had to wait over an hour in the lobby. He was then told he had to leave even though he was a previous guest for the last 3 days. He was quiet and keeping to himself. They don’t have enough respect to let him wait with all his bags in the lobby and they would rather him wait outside holding all his luggage for another hour. HOW SHAMEFUL. There’s much space in the lobby. I believe If my son was white or if he was a woman no one would ever question him waiting to be picked up. How horrible that he now has to wait holding heavy bags outside in the cold. They would cut him off when he tried to speak! HOW RUDE. So I hope future guests know that you are not able to wait in the lobby, or maybe it was because he is Maori and they were stereotyping.

A fantastic location and amazing amenities. I can highly recommend living at Upper West Side apartments. Close to food, shopping and Melbourne's major attractions

Location : Located right in front of Southern Cross Train Station, of which Skybus (bus to Melbourne Airport) Station is also within it. In addition, it's in walking distance to various tram stations.Convenience Store : In case of emergency, you can get some necessity products from 7/11 at Southern Cross Train Station.Grocery store : Coles and BWS both operate until late hours and in walking distance.Restaurant : A number of restaurants ranging from upscale to affordable pricing are located nearby.Note: Take notes of the management's notification which will be circulated by notice posted at public areas, such as do not dry your clothes at balcony to avoid hazard / fire.

Stayed with my family for weekend. Cant beat location next to main transport hub, free tram and amenities are top notch with multiple gyms, huge sky garden, pools and even a bouldering wall. Heres a view from balcony.

Be very careful if you book an apartment through AirBnB for Melbourne Le’City Apartment hosted by Monika. Especially if you are coming from Qld. Forfeited half our deposit because we couldn't make our booking when Qld introduced mandatory Covid free test to get back into Qld. Tried to get some credit for the deposit forfeited and would not do a deal. Also misrepresented because there is no LeCity Apartments in Melbourne. Best to go straight to on site building management and don't go through Air BnB. Book an apartment through onsite management DO NOT book through Air BnB for an apartment in this building."

We made a booking for our group about 1 month ago. Unfortunately some of us caught covid and some were close contacts. We had let the apartment know and initially they said they could not postpone our booking after two days of communicating they finally allowed us a credit (no refund) on the condition that we all prove that we weren't lying to them by giving them our test results.I might also like to add that the customer service representative said that covid was not a good enough reason to cancel a booking. If they want an infected apartment they can just say so.We all proceeded to get tested and when it came to sending our results, I called them up possibly 5 times within 2 days but they did not pick up. I have also tried to email the third party I used to book through them.Great way to deal with your customers. Next time we should just show up and make use of our money since you guys are so keen on stealing people's money.
