Fixate Fitness Bondi

I could not recommend Danielle and Laurence at Fixate Fitness anymore. Between the two of them they have so much knowledge with everything health and fitness and will be guaranteed to make you feel amazing leaving a session. The work they have put into this gym space is incredible. They completely tailor all workouts to your needs and capabilities and will push you to reach your best. I love everything about Fixate and their team.

Fixate Fitness is a fantastic new addition to Bondi ! I’ve started the semi- private classes and am seeing results in just one month. I feel stronger and more confident as the weeks progress! These classes are fantastic for people new to lifting weight like myself, you are in a small group environment (max 6 people) and you have a coach guiding and supporting you throughout the class.They also have a class logging system which keeps your workouts up to date with weights/reps done and show your new personal best.The studio is super sleek with top grade equipment and a fun and personable environment.Thank you Fixate Fitness

I love going to the classes at Fixate Fitness. They offer a variety of options, from beginner to professional. Of all the gyms in Bondi, this is my favourite. It's not crowded and very enjoyable, especially with Danielle, she's just the best, and Laurence!! The location in Bondi is also good. My friend recently joined the classes with me and loved it so far.

I’ve had the best time in this place. I’ve learn so much about how my body works and what’s good for it. Every class is amazing and it makes you give your 100% that eventually shows improvement in the next session you take. The coaches help you in every possible way and they make sure you don't leave the place with any questions!I’ve seen changes in my body and mind that I’ve never seen before and I’m loving it!

These guys are the best, so committed to personal service, encouraging at every step and so knowledgeable. I’ve tried lots of different gyms and group training, Fixate is unique and I’d recommend it to everyone. Danni and Laurence are dedicated professionals

Great personal trainers with a personal touch. I haven’t been to anywhere better. Although the business is relatively new I have had personal experience dealing with Dani. You can clearly see someone that loves to help others and train you to make you the best person you can be. For both her and her husband this is something that they are both passionate about and will help you with your goals too

Dani and Laurence are two of the nicest, most dedicated trainers with whom I have ever worked. They are friendly, non-judgmental and really want to understand my training goals. They are committed to finding a routine that is challenging but achievable. And their service does not start and end at the gym door; they have helped me become more aware of my nutrition and have even monitored my steps to motivate me between sessions. If you are looking to start training or are looking for a bespoke training regime, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
