Barber dollz

I got highlights it was looking good on the day but after 1st wash I can't see my highlights not even me my family and friends said the same as they can't see any highlights on my hair.The hairdresser was really nice, friendly and professional for 3*** for her well behaviour only .

Went in to get 4 haircuts my daughters hair was cut with clippers at the end so she could finish her faster. Wasn’t cut properly checked it after and saw the different lengths. Additionally my haircut was done at 1 length brushed out with a hairbrush which for curly hair makes hair fluffy asked what I wanted and I’m like dead ends a little bit of shaping no conversation that this is an additional charge on top of their normal price. Because it’s layers apparently so using your sizzles once on either side of my head which pulled my hair. Is layering. She also kept combing and getting her comb on my ear. I asked why it was more after paying and realizing that I had been charged too much for a haircut that my daughter can do. That’s how rushed she did my hair. For her to turn around rudely when I said if I knew you would be charging extra for showing my head I may have asked for something different to tell me sarcastically have a merry Christmas. Oh and the icing on the cake my kids have rules and we’re asked to sit nicely on the seat for a haircut which took 5 mins and for her to turn around and tell me my kids were doing nothing when I saw them and nothing in her eyes I’m not how I am bringing up my children to behave. She is not the mother of my kids and should not tell me what is acceptable or not. Being a mother of twins I have rules because when you are with your best friend all the time things quickly escalate and she as the person cutting my hair does not get an input on my kid’s rules

I am here on holidays from the country and decided to see how a city salon would go with a colour. A big thankyou to Bec who done what I would say was the best foils colour and cut I have ever had, Bec did exactly as I asked and more, well done. Will definately be back when I visit again soon. Keep up the great friendly professional service. Thanks again Bec and Happy New Year to the you and staff.

The lady I had was unprofessional, I can understand that they couldn't do the exact colour I wanted but my hair isn't cut straight nor the style cut I asked for she refused to thin it out and to make it worse she couldn't evan make it straight. I have what I have asked for many times and it has been achieved everytime so it's not like it can not be done. Plus I have dye all over me.

Very disappointed with the men's haircut I received from ?Nadia I think on 18/2/22. Didn't really listen to what I asked for and just kept cutting it shorter, and I believe, still uneven in length. Tried to cut as quickly as possible, with no care or attention to detail. Very dismissive and felt judged asking her to try not to cut it too short. An extra star because they appeared to listen to my feedback as I was paying and offered to make it cheaper or get someone else to look over it. I declined and paid in full to show it was not about trying to get it cheaper - I genuinely feel it was a bad experience and haircut, and would recommend to get a Men's haircut elsewhere. I hope they reflect on this feedback.

I’ve been to this place before and have generally been really pleased with the outcome. So I am a loyal and retuning customer. Up until an appointment made within the past 2 weeks.I showed up for 4pm (booked) appointment on time. Said there would be a small wait which I was fine with. The stylist at the reception notified the stylist that would do my hair that I was there and waiting.Waited about fifteen minutes when the stylist finished up with her current client. The stylist then proceeded to do her own hair for the next 10-15 minutes. Only realising that I was waiting when the person who served me at the reception desk pointed out that I was waiting.The stylist had a foul body oder, which wasn’t pleasant to sit through for the duration of the cut. Started cutting my hair without asking what I wanted. Just giving it a trim. When she finally asked what I wanted I explained that I usually had a mens cut with the clippers. Her response was “I don’t think you want to do that, you should leave it a little long,” and refused to use the clippers saying “I didn’t know what I wanted”, and then proceeded to continue to style a pixie cut (since I am female) rather then the mens cut I asked for.The cut ended up being $45 for something that I was not happy with, and was on the verge of tears when paying and leaving. I got about the meters out of the store before breaking down in front of my dad.The customer service from this particular stylist was absolutely horrendous. Ignoring customer requests, and being so self-center as to boast about herself after making the client wait while doing her own hair. Only to have the client dislike the end result.Will not be returning. Lost a loyal customer

Kathy did amazing job with my hair. Best hair dresser I have come across. She find out how I want my hair to look like though I just used few words to explain. I was impressed how easily she sensed what I wanted. She also explained how I can do salon style hair at home which was like cherry on top. Patient, passionate and enthusiastic hair stylist I have come across. I definitely am going to go to all the way to Altona Gate Shopping Centre eventhough I have to travel a lot just to have my next hair cut from her as this is where she generally works! Keep up the good work Kathy!!
