Cassie was so wonderful to deal with from start to finish. She was prompt, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I never felt like I was bothering her, or that a request was a hassle. She was always so accommodating and understanding. Would have loved to rent again through her and will be back to see the Pine City Properties when it is time to purchase our new home.

Best͏ of the bestI would give Hayley 10 stars if I could! I couldn't recommend her highly enough.I bought a duplex as a single first home buyer and Hayley was more helpful than anyone on my team.The whole process had many hurdles, Hayley went above and beyond to help however she could with any questions I had, or documents that were needed.She was more than happy to jump in to any situation and help, and she was super quick too!I felt like Hayley was working for me just as much as she was the owner.Amazing!

We have been very lucky to have rented through Pine Property for over two years. We've had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Hayley, Cassie and Josh, and it has been very easy to come to them with any repair issues or changes to contractual arrangements, additionally the entry and exit processes were smooth and reasonable. I felt that the team made their best efforts to ensure that both their client (the owner) and us (the tenant) were well-looked after. I think its rare to find a team who take such a meticulous and fair approach to property management. Hopefully we can deal with them again in the future!
