TERRIBLE! I have been a valued customer for Kfc since 1987. The food I was served on saturday, the 3rd of december 2022, was DISGRACEFUL! I ordered a 3 piece box, and I GOT A ONE PIECE, AND THE PIECE WAS A RAT! WHAT!??? Stand for better people. Because right now the future aint forever and to rebuild our future our impact must be lettuce, so stand for better. And lets not cook rats in a 3 piece box. DISGRACEFUL!!!!

Friendly staff assisted with my needs, however you have to either order online on your smart device or on the large screens which are at the shop front. They don’t have cash registers or place orders for you.

Last time ever going to KFC. Served up cold chicken. Then when complained was given replacement but once again cold. Chicken pieces were also cold and dry. Disgraceful.

I’m sorry, but I can give you only this rate unfortunately.Chickens are all tiny. Size is half of my country’s KFC. It’s easy to east with small mouth. If you are shy to open your mouth in big, you should order here! It’s available for you! If you are starved, I recommend you order family box for only person.I wanted to say something about staff behavior, but maybe next time. Oops, I won’t come back so I have no next time sorry.

I visited the drive-thru to purchase a 3 piece chicken box. However, the girl who was working at the register appeared feral and didn't comprehend my order despite my clear enunciation of 3 piece box" and "3 piece chicken box". Food was soggy and old. The service at drive through was atrocious. They got our order wrong at the first window so i tried to correct them at the next windown and she said it cant be done. No apology no offer of change order. Terrible service and meal. Will not ve back.

The manager was a little rude unfortunately, Wednesday afternoon, wasn’t too busy, only one car was behind me on drive through. I asked for 3 piece box and got 2 piece box. Asked for 2 tenders, I think those are at least 1 day old, you can see the color on my picture and was too hard to chew. A bit disappointed about the service. Hope they will take care of their services.Chicken and chips were okay.

very poor customer service we’ve experienced today. we order fresh food and mentioned that we are ready to wait but the staff who handed food to us was very rude and bossy. we are paying for our food and if they could not deliver what we have ordered they should have told us. just handing over food and saying it came out 5 minutes before is not what we’ve asked for. they need some trainings. sorry to say guys

Nice revamp! My kids quite like KFC so we have it regularly, it's a good standard for take away. Derwent Park store is clean and quick service. New screens made it very easy to order and collect.
