Went in today to find some suitable shoes for half marathon training. The salesperson Marta was awesome. Took a lot of time analysing my stride and provided a suitable range of options. Very knowledgeable, and practical approach. I will definitely be back.

I stopped by whilst on vacation in Perth and was looking for a replacement pair of running shoes. I already had a pair of New Balance runners, and Marta was extremely friendly and helpful in finding me the matching pair. She was also able to confirm I had the correct sizing, and showed me several alternatives I might like that had some advantages over my current model.Great prices compared to purchasing the models retail, and they also have a scheme where you can turn in your old shoes (to go to charity) when you buy a new pair to get a discount.

I had a terrible service in the store located in Watertown. I went on Friday 28th October and one guy mentioned that they didn’t have the shoes I was looking for, but they were going to bring it so I can pick them today Saturday 29th. I came today and the 2 ladies had no idea about was I talking about, they didn’t receive any shoes and they were asking me to go to another shop. For me it was completely unacceptable this situation, I have wasted my time 2 different days coming to your store. Worst customer service.

Poor customer service. Online orders were cancelled without reason. Trying calling 3 times, on hold > 10mins each time after which call ends. Disappointing for returning customers. Will start looking elsewhere.

Wanted to commend the staff at the shop. They were welcoming as soon as you stepped into the store. I was served by Alessandra, she is knowledgable and helped me to find the kind of shoes that I needed. Ended up buying a pair of trail runners. She was very patient and even measured my feet to ensure that it was the right feet. Now I know which New Balance store to go to. Will be back.
