WHAT A JOKE !!!$78 for a family pack it was completely burnt rock hard an absolutely uneatable.Portion size of minimum chips was absolutely Disgusting 12 whole chips in a family pack almost laughable if i wasnt so angry!!!and when I called to complain i was told by the owner Nick""OH WELL NOT MY PROBLEM"ABSOLUTELY putrid response."

Ordered a bacon and egg toasted sandwich over the phone.Received a egg and bacon s/wich with lettuce tomato and beetroot.Went to do the normal thing and get it fixed.Only to be abused for not reading their menu (I ordered it on the phone and they do not have any menus available online)Lol... Who puts lettuce tomato beetroot on a bacon and egg sandwich?Surely somthing was lost in translation when they invented this monstrosity.And I'm the one in the wrong here.

Waited for ages and it wasn't even considered rush hour... the staff were quite rude. Though the fish tasted good the portion was ridiculous. Only go here because alot of shops in shepparton have been worse. If solar seafoods was doing takeaway I'd be going there.

They gave us about 5chips in the snack packs - wouldnt even feed a todler - compared to the other fish and chip shops in town these guys are a rip off on value.

I never usually review anything. I'm celiac and couldn't believe my eyes moving to the area from Melbourne and having a local gluten free fish and chips!!! I've tried all the gf fish and chips Melbourne has to offer and branditt is so much better and priced amazingly. Now I've lived here a year and a half and never previous was a regular for fast food however these guys are worth it! Now noone is perfect, once out of the hundred times ive been there the batter was a little tough but it still tasted better than everywhere else. My partner is gf and loves their food as well. Staff are pleasant and polite.
