For all that is holy and good in this world DO NOT COME HERE!Myself and a work colleague come here every morning for coffee... sorry were coming here.The management is atrocious and wait times are deplorable.This morning order two coffees Capuccino and a Long black was waiting 10mins when the vehicle behind us received they're meal and drink first waiting a further 5mins and still no coffee drove off after paying.I would give NO STARS if possible.Mcdonals Australia please come sort out this franchisee before your rep is ruined in this area if not already ruined.

got quarter pounders and the meat was fresh as can be. perfect service. the gentleman with the arm tattoo was very polite and helpful. the chai latte however had normal milk when we ordered almond milk. apart from that great service. the bloke was also very good looking and would recommend this store to anyone looking for great burgers and bad drinks. lots of love

By far the best McDonald's I have been to in Perth, always so quick with drive thru and staff are so friendly. The foods always been top quality never had any issues with it. So glad I'm a secret Harbour local!

It was okay, nothing special, restaurant not really clean though. One young lady was very efficient and knew her job well. Others were talking very loud and standing around.

Has to be one of the worst performing stores in Western Australia. The food is always sub standard, un-appetising and the stores always dirty.

Very slow service through the drive through, worker kept asking us to repeat ourselves as we ordered slowly, we had to wait in the bay for 5 mins for chips which is fine except they were all tipped upside down in the bag and not one chip was in the holder as I tried to get it out, ordered a double cheeseburger no pickles and received 3 pickles (it’s even stated on the burger wrapper no pickles) amd it was so oily and half the cheese was just in the wrapper very poorly made, mc spicy box had lots of sauce on outter box. Keep in mind we were the only car in drive through and when passing through we just saw a lot of young people chatting etc, probably the worst maccas experience yet very unhappy

Terrible service. Ordered through Uber Eats, the wrong order arrived. Spoke to Uber who spoke to the store who advised us to call & speak to the manager. Did that & the manager took zero responsibility & eventually hung up on me. Shocking service.

the service, i’ve been sitting here for around 15 to 20 mins now. the staff look like they don’t know what there doing. tried to sit out in the outside area. but that was a no go, why because they couldn’t find the key to unlock it. we’ll still sitting here waiting for my food.
