We recently purchased a property where a whole community knew about the ins and outs of the place. We have spent close to $15,000 and counting in urgent repairs that were not disclosed in the section 32, by the agent or the previous owner.There are MAJOR electrical issues within the house that have caused my young family medical problems. These include a loose neutral and low voltage which in turn causes electrocutions at all metal appliances. We know that the previous owner was aware of these issues and I don't know how anyone can sleep at night knowing a young family with 2 babies have moved in unknowingly to a house that looks good on paper but is falling apart behind the scenes. The laundry roof is like standing under a shower. The water tank had not been cleaned for years luckily we never drank from the taps as we would be in hospital by now. The septic tank had blockages and was almost overflowing. All water pipes were completely blocked causing internal flooding. 2 grey water pits have been discovered underground that are completely full and need to be dug out and drained that were also not on the section 32. The grease trap was full and rock hard.We have also been made aware that the previous owner and Roland are known to each other making all of these dodgy issues really disturbing.Yes we bought a house with a building inspection but legally they cannot inspect anything electrical within the home. The house has been untouched for quite some time as we also discovered the previous owner was living out of a van and not inside the home itself.We definitely do not recommend Roland Rentz as consciously I could never sell a property in this state to another human being!
