Excellent service and repair done on my RW wristwatch which is about 13 years old. And only costs $60 but had to be patient and wait about a month for the watch to be fully repaired.

No hesitation in recommending. My wife took 2 watches and a mantle clock to repair. Ended up nothing wrong with the old clock but spent his time to show her how to set up pendulum and use. Both watches sorted. Same day professional, courteous and extremely fair priced service from a true gentleman.

Excellent. A real watch maker with years of experience and depth of knowledge. He has replaced the mechanism in an old family heirloom, fitted a new glass to my wife's favourite Citizen and adjusted my automatic Tag to keep more accurate time. All tgis plus numerous battery replacements at very reasonable prices.
