The customer service and support we were offered by Better Life was outstanding! being able to speak with someone directly on the phone and have issues resolved then and there was so refreshing compared to other mobile companies I've dealt with in the past, really, really great service, cannot recommend highly enough. 5 stars.

I have 3 family members on different plans - from Mum to Nan to gamer there is a plan for all of us. Always speak to someone who investigates my reason for calling and provides a solution.Will remind then to match numbers for payments so they apply to correct service - when this has not been done a quick email or call resolves issue promptly.

I have enjoyed the Better Life service for 4 years and have not had any issue with the service from the get go.I would recommend Better Life to anyone, and I do.A decent, ethical provider of what is an essential service these days.

I have been with BLM for many years now. Their plans are perfect for very low income earners like myself and their customer service is far better than the big very expensive Telco's.Thank you and what a pleasure it has been dealing with BLM staff members.
