I have been treated by Phil for a lower back injury. I had left this injury untreated for quite some time hoping it would get better. Obviously it didn’t, but after the first consultation with Phil he had diagnosed the problem accurately and in no time I was back to leading a normal, active life.

I had a sever knee injury involving multiple surgery’s and physiotherapy treatment. Throughout this difficult process, Phil was very professional, patient and supportive helping me stay positive and eventually I achieved a strong, pain free knee and a full return to work. Fit For Life Physiotherapy
I had ankle pain and saw my gp who diagnosed arthritis, even though my x ray was clear. I saw phil who released a tight joint in my foot and showed me exercise to do, 2 weeks later I was back playing rugby. I'd recommend fit for life to anyone.
