Honestly the best colour I have ever had, and I’ve had a lot of salon visits in my life! This is the only salon that’s managed to give me the perfect ashy blonde that I always ask colourists for but never get. And they had a LOT to deal with, working with the remnants of a home semi-permanent job. A beautiful cut and style as well. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

I found Hairbestie through instagram, and their colour transformations intrigued me a lot because they looked amazingly well done. I have been considering a colour transformation for myself for a while now, so I've consulted with Sally on how we can approach a different look for my hair. She is so professional and very friendly; she accommodated all of my questions with so much patience. (I haven't gone through with colouring my hair just yet but I am certain I'll be booking an appointment with them soon.)Today, I went in for just a haircut and a fringe trim. Sally did my hair so beautifully and I actually got the style that I asked for. I was also able to ask her for advices on how I can manage my hair better and she recommended products that I'm very excited to try. She even welcomed me with complimentary snacks and a bottle of water - such a sweetheart! I can't wait to meet the rest of the team, and it shows how much they care about the customers and their hair health. Hairbestie will definitely be my go-to salon from now on! ♡

Sally is really good! She transformed my hair colour, recommended the best products to use and my hair is in great shape. The service is really friendly, she provides snacks for you as well. Highly recommend.

Sally is amazing at what she does, i've been going to her for quite a while now and i won't let anyone else touch my hair. She always seems to be able to get the colour exactly how i want it! Always takes her time with my hair.

Extremely unprofessional hairdresser. I sat for four hours to get my roots done! The only personable person was Jess. I have attempted to chat with the owner but my claim was met with a response ‘how do we know this is true’My hair was not dyed with permanent dye as requested as it has since washed out after 3 weeks!Until my ‘experience’ is taken seriously this review shall not be removed or amended!Here is my response to your reply!No you have not received multiple different stories from me at all! I have no hesitation in taking this further if I have to. Your customer service is an absolute joke! I do not appreciate being called a liar either.1. I was not impressed regarding the comment Jess made - but she is the most personable and friendly person there.2. It is extremely unprofessional to continue to suggest I’m a liar.3. I did not tell you to use semi permanent dye on my hair ! I stated I wanted permanent dye on my hair which is my choice.4. After being called a liar by your company and experiencing such a pathetic service I will definitely not be returning.

I absolutely love coming to Hairbestie! The booking process is so easy and Sally is so great booking me in last minute. Today was my second time seeing Jess and she fixed up my hair to exactly what I wanted with the help of Carmen who was just as lovely. They make me feel so welcome and are so accomodating, always offering beverages and food as well as chatting and making the process fun. Couldn’t recommend more, sally and her team are great :)

Worst booking process ever. Booked online to only have it declined and told to pay in total upfront(which They didn’t quote… was I meant to find out through my bank statement?!) or to call on the day and see if a spot was still available. No call or proper communication just sms’s. Could not believe the unprofessional booking service. Can’t believe this place actually can get any new clients with this set up. Needs to be done better… what a way to start off if you actually wanted to get your hair done here.

Rith and Jess really know their stuff and always do such an amazing job. They make sure to find out exactly what I want every time and find solutions to suit timepoor clients. Can't rate HairBestie enough!

I booked an appointment for the same day and Sally was super accommodating! I came in at 11:00 AM for a haircut and colour, and that's when I realized that they actually close at 12:00PM. The process was not rushed at all, and Sally stayed until 2:30 PM to do my hair exactly how I wanted it. I am now obsessed with my hair!!I will definitely come back and as recommend this salon to anyone :)

I’ve been going to HairBestie for about 1 year now and Sally is the best in the business. My colour has literally never been better. She is so precise with her foils and has an incredible attention to detail. She understands colour and always delivers on her promises. Worth every cent.
