I cannot recommend 393 Pharmacy more. I’ve struggled to find a consistent supply of medication for months with every other pharmacy doing the bare minimum to help me. After stuffing around with 12 other pharmacies, I was lucky enough to find Ai-Lien at 393. Apart from being professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, she went out of her way to make sure I don’t run into any problems in the future.

I want to thank Pharmacist Ai-Lien for her kind and compassionate manner helping me get a script filled. It has caused a lot of stress trying to get this medication and when Chemist Warehouse Neutral Bay didn’t deliver as promised I was left stuck. Ai-Lien, thank you so much - I don’t think you realise how your kindness made my day.
