Cronulla Paper Shop has everything you could ask for. Cards, lotto, coffee, magazines, papers, gifts, everything. The staff are always friendly and helpful. These reviews on here, you must be going to the wrong newsagency! One stop shop and will always be back.

I went there 3 times to pick up my delivery. First time they didn't want to check my package until I show them the tracking of the CourierPlease. Then she checked it and told me it's there BUT she can't give it to me unless I show my proper ID. So I went there again the second time and it was 4:55PM. They are closed already. 3rd time I went again and they told me it's already been picked up. I had to contact courier please and found out that the package was sent back because it stayed there for more than 7 days.This Papershop is just incompetent. Every question posed on them was I don't know"."

It was disappointing to be charged 50c for tapping my card without any warning. It’s only 50c but I think it’s proper to warn customers first so they can change how they will pay if they want to.

Twice I was sent back by this place due to parcel not being logged by staff at Cronulla paper shop. Worse, the last time I picked up my parcel the lady who claimed to be the owner tried to blame her staff for not knowing what happened to my parcel. I feel sorry for people who work for her. Overall very negative experience talking to very agitated and rather rude owner who's answer to everything is I don't know"."

On the 20th Dec I went in to buy a golf magazine and was pleasantly surprised with what was in store... I practically finished half my Christmas shopping!!! Staff were friendly and very helpful with gift ideas and the like and I'll definitely be back...*Side note BEST COFFEE HANDS DOWN IN CRONULLA!!!

On Wednesday 11th August 2021 9:50am I attended this shop.The staff member was not directly rude to me but was very blunt & intimidating. She was however incredibly rude to an elderly woman who took 3 free newspapers which she explained were for other elderly people who aren’t mobile. She was rude to other customers I witnessed being served before me. It broke my heart how she spoke to everyone especially the elderly woman. She must be the owner because any staff acting that way would not have a job very long.I won’t be returning on principle.

Extremely rude and condescending staff. After buying from this shop for 25 years I will never be returning. Loyalty is not something they are after it seems!
