Coles Willowdale

Its been a while they have not made fresh flatbread. My son loves it. I asked the lady why they haven't made, she answered under staff. Aren't they should supply the product anyhow?

Wow thank you Coles Willowdale for a very pleasant shopping experience.Your shop is well stocked, very clean and a pleasure to shop in today, instead of shopping local at my nearest shopping centre Carnes Hill, will be driving to get a better service, from now on.

The Deli never has anyone there to serve you and always short staff.

This store IS HUGH!!! Buy anything. It has everything.. plenty of staff and good service!!

Don’t come here unless you want to be accused of stealing, and receive no apology once they realise they were completely wrong!

Can’t wait for Wollies to open nearby, only one check out open every time I go in here and staff standing around the self service chatting, open another checkout instead of talking about last nights tv!!! The one checkout operator also has to stop to sell cigarettes!!!

Under staffed and under stocked. Disappointed every time I need to come buy anything as most of the time, everything that I need is out of stock and there is always consistently only one register open at all times meaning that staff rush and throw your groceries in bags without care, plus a long line and long wait.

Very well maintained and stocked up. Enough parking space also makes it easier to park n shop.

For a big player like coles the customer service and organisation of staff coverage is poor. I never thought I’d have to make a review for something like this but this has happened too many times now.Willowdale coles is my local grocer and many times I drive to coles to get food from the deli and usually there’s a sign up that says the deli is closed for 40-60 minutes which I find bizarre and I’ve never seen at any others coles but Willowdale.I once had a staff member see me walking to the deli and she threw the sign up and walked off. Today I went to the front desk to ask for anssistance ant the deli as I didn’t want to wait 40+ mins for a price of salmon and the woman acknowledged my question and said she’ll have to see if someone can help me if there wasn’t anyone in there. She then forgot about me after another 10 mins and then said something over he intercom and told me “sorry the girl who works in the deli is on break and no other team member knows how the deli works”. (Mind you - I don’t think it tricked science to weigh food and wrap it up).I was expected to wait 45 mins for a peice of salmon in a store that was not busy at all. There were staff in isles just stacking shelves and this was how they treat customers and multi skill their staff. Absolutely amazed.
