We are sitting and waiting food for an hour and 15mins. The dishes came out with burnt bacons and beefs.That is my experience!

We arrived late for lunch but pies were still available so we ordered them...And they were absolutely delicious!!! Very well priced as well! We will definitely stop there more often on our way to our adventures in the Blue Mountains!

It gets very busy on weekends for dinner, you need to book a table in advance or else just wait outside until get a spot. The food is good, and the best thing to me was finding a Guinness in tap.

The Ivanhoe has been renovated. New paint, New carpet etc etc.Tonight May 27, 2023, is the first time that I have been in since the new took over August 2022.The staff 10/10 are helpful and friendly. Made us feel at home.We ordered our meal and sat at our table. Atmosphere is great, felt relaxed and enjoyable. 10/10Meals arrived hot and looked and tasted great. Above the usual pub food standard.Meals were delicious and a medium sized portion. I'm a big eater.Steak was cooked to our request 10/10.Prices are higher than the standard pub food, however the quality is Upmarket.(Prices are also a sign of the times as the cost of food and living at also at a high)@ivanhoe #blackheath #bistro #bluemountains

In one word the place wasn’t welcoming although there was a nice jazz music had been playing couldn’t warm it up. Bad food and bad service with staff who not carrying a tiny bit of smile.
