Mum had KinCare services initially under the lower level home help from My Aged Care. She then progressed and as things changed, she had a high level package and because of the good experience with KinCare, we chose them as the provider. I cannot express how grateful we are to have KinCare in Mum's last 3 - 4 years, right down to the last week she was with us. From Mum's Case Manager that kept an overview and changed things for us as her needs changed, to the nurses KinCare provided when she developed wounds as her health deteriorated, they were all fantastic. As Mum's only next of kin, KinCare took a lot of the stress out for me as I continued to work and help Mum as well. I felt consulted with in Mum's care, informed of things as they changed, and supported to do what was best for Mum. The QLD team were fantastic and dealt with issues quickly when the arose. To everyone at KinCare that I came into contact with when Mum was here, I can't thank you enough for all the help over those years.

Disgusting company. Do not pay contracters, I can only assume they are theivong the funds for themselves. 6 months sending letters of demand and they simply dont pay for services that they requested. Criminals.

To say I am amazed would be a total understatement, today I have had my first Home Assist from KinCare, how do I express my feeling that I am totally amazed? All the accolades that come to my mind are insufficient to express my feelings. The young lady was on time and very well presented, very friendly and reassuring in every way. However, when she started the cleaning, I could readily see she was very thorough. Having now walked through the home following her departure I can readily see how clever and efficient this lass is. Everything is perfect, I will telephone KinCare this afternoon and convey my feeling and request this lady every visit. Thank you KinCare.

Hopeless. Office staff can't organise a thing. Field staff overstep their authority. All the while, the hassle you about the most minor matters. Have waited 4 months to get safety railing installed at my father's house. One of his home carers made an appointment for him for glasses and ignored the fact that not all optometrists give a pension discount. Idiots.
