I have an old unit that needed a new fuse box. I emailed a photo to Hornsby Electric, and they promptly emailed me a quote. They worked with me to organise a suitable time around my work hours. Communication was fantastic. James was on time. Little fuss. Needed to return - did that without issue. Thoroughly recommend!

I really can't say enough nice things about Hornsby Electric. I've had the pleasure of working with them on a couple of decent-sized jobs around the house, and they're always punctual, efficient, informative and on top of that, affordable. What's not to like?

Hornsby Electric fixed our bathroom light switch which had got stuck in the off position. They also were able to give us some quotes for additional power points which we would like installed. They were honest and transparent about how the power points might need to be installed with ducting due to living in a unit block. They were extremely friendly and easy going. They got back to us quickly (the same day) with an itemized quote that they emailed to us for future works we would like done. Their communication is great with confirming appointments via text and calling half an hour ahead of their arrival. They also arrived within the timeframe bookedOverall, they are a very professional business that we will use again.

Helpful in giving advice were it was needed. Turned up on time and performed the the work required in a clean and professional way. Would definitely use again and have no problem in recommending. An edit to my review 18 months later. After using and before and very happy with them I got them to quote on another job but their price was 20% higher than the company I went with. On top of that they quoted me for work I didn't want. Will not be using them again.

We had a level 2 emergency situation recently and Hornsby Electric were straight onto it. Sent two of their guys out immediately to fix it up and make everything safe. Highly recommended. The team are safety conscious, professional, clear communicators and you always know the costs before the job begins.

Had a safety switch/circuit breaker go in the evening. Emailed the team at 10pm. They called me first thing in the morning and had it fixed in no time.

The team at Hornsby Electric were extremely easy to deal with and carried out the work in a professional way. All lighting was carefully measured and positioned, they discussed and reviewed with me at each step, and cleaned up after. Some unforeseen circumstances impacted the scheduling, but the office team rearranged and keep me updated as there were multiple days of work required. Would happily recommend.
