Went in there looking for some food for my bird . When i asked about the food i was after and for what bird, their reply to not having it was well no has that bird and walked off " Rubbish customer service

Rang ahead & was told I could come in to order something out of a catalogue, turns out not the case & the woman in charge at the time was rude & minimising, made me feel uncomfortable. Did want to support a small business though

Young lady worker seemed disinterested, unhelpful, judgemental and annoyed when given directives about my dogs food preferences. The two stars represents her quality of service provided. Cost is pretty much standard when it comes to pet stores, rediculously overpriced.

The prices are great compared to other pet shops especially for buying in bulk or buying cages/ pet homes, fish tank filters ect. Paid 100 less for large bird cage and stand than other pet shops I had priced them at. And fish food is great got 5 packs of different types of frozen food for 30 I can pay 30 for 2 packs at some pet stores. Staff are always happy welcoming and friendly.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly they always offer to carry my bags of seeds to the car which I really appreciate because with my disability I find it very hard to carry the bags myself and you can see the love they have for animals.
