Once again Smart Security has come through with the goods. A recent installation of a Video Intercom System has proven to be a very smart investment. The team, Tony, Jean, and Jay (Installer) were extremely professional, offering every assistance and advice. Additionally, they were very patient with me as I carefully chose the product while considering all options. Their courteous approach and flexibility with installation appointments to suit my work schedule, will make them a Smart choice in the future.Thank you!

We spoke to smart security with regard to an alarm key pad which was difficult to enter the code on, after several emails with system details and product type etc we were told that they could clean the circuit board or replace it if it was to old to clean.When the technician came out he could not clean the panel and the replacement board was NOT compatible with the system we have ( despite the information we had supplied). We where told sorry but we cannot improve what you have.Next we receive an invoice for the call out!!!Terrible service and we feel scammed

I give Smart Security 5 star! i am very happy with the customer service experience and the staff are very helpful. especially Tony who took my first call inquiry and he very accommodating and willing to help me and get my request to disconnect my faulty home security to be actioned the soonest. I had their technician arrived very early the next day as promised. The Technician (Dan) is also very polite and helpful explaining me options about my existing Home security Device. I will recommend this company to my friends and will contact them in the future.

I paid around $2000 for the installation of an intercom system to open my gate so you could access the front door. The system allowed for a phone app so the gate could be open if necessary and you were not home.The sales person was nice but hopeless in regards to the product. He rang several times to ask more questions which he should have asked when he attended the property and took photos for the quote.The installation occurred before Christma.s and there is an issue with the system and the time it keeps. For over a month I have been trying to get the problem rectified. Last I heard they were coming eight days ago to fix the problem and I am still waiting.I paid once I got their invoice but as for warranty it is like pulling teeth to get things sorted. Wonder if the problem will be sorted by next Christmas. Back up warranty is lousy.

These guys are 100% knowledgeable ...even go the extra mile to help out with the really minor things ... (eg. Today, an old honeywell alarm panel system).If i was looking for a full-on install i would certainly be going here for further info.Their demo/display systems were also high tech (eg. AI) ... From what i saw.Their phone/contact also deserves 5/5 ... As she helped my girlfriend on the phone, then when instore they already knew what i needed straight away.5/5 service all around.

After having Smart Security install a CCTV Security System, I recommend this company to all considering a Security System install.Daniel attended our house to discuss our requirements and offer expert suggestions.This meeting was followed up by a comprehensive quote with options and an invitation to visit their premises in East Victoria Park to view the suggested equipment and further discuss the options.On installation day the technicians arrived at the advised time and professionally completed the installation and left our house after making sure all areas that they accessed were cleaner than when they had arrived.The system was explained to us with the invitation to contact Smart Security for any further explanation or adjustments.Thank you Smart Security.

All staff at Smart Security are friendly & helpful. The service we received from start to finish was 5 STAR! The after sales support has been EXCEPTIONAL. Daniel recently came to the house to help us set something up & there was no charge. It has been well over 12 months since we had our system installed. I recommend Smart Security 110%. We could not fault them even if we tried = Happy Customer :0)

Absolutely Poor Customer Service. Scheduled a call out quote last week with Brendan for 4.15pm today, had to leave work early to make sure I was at home to meet him. At 4.30pm I call to see if Brendan was still coming, was told (by the owner I assume) that Brendan was still in the office. He said he'd find out what was happening and call me back. He called me back saying that someone was coming but was delayed on the freeway. I call again at 5.11pm and speak to the same person and I asked why no one has still arrived. He says he'll call to see whats happening and will call me back. Finally, Brendan calls me giving me some excuse about how he had scheduled someone to come as he was closer to my home which appears to have been a lie. I asked why no one called me earlier about the delays, the response 'oh I suppose I should have called you then he sheepishly asks if he can reschedule...yeah like that's going to happen now! Thanks for nothing."
