2 bad experiences: First was a package that was being held from me for 2 weeks, and not once was I told why it was being held from me. 2nd was just today, when a driver didn't even bother to check if someone was at home and just left a card and drove away. Absolutely lazy

one star denotes terrible service - this was ten times worse and happens all the time. TNT claim no one was home. Someone was home all day. TNT claim a card was left. No card was left. TNT call centre cant get in touch with the depot to tell me what is going on - call centre is a waste of time - I actually don't think they do anything to further your enquiry. Please be sure of one thing - when they mess up as they do regularly - you are totally powerless to get the issue sorted. If this issue sorts itself out eventually, you are lucky as TNT will categorically do NOTHING to help you . The freight industry is the pits - and TNT are the epitomy of what is wrong with big business in this country - clients are an annoying distraction, nothing more.

I was just checking out how to post and how much it would be, but it is just a send and receiving depot I just there was a cash office and everything has to be done online where you have to pay by credit card and not a debit card. You should be able to pay with any other card

I had to pick up a parcel at the depot, because I wasn’t home for the delivery. The staff were super friendly. I didn’t have to wait a long time. Service wa quick

They never have any idea where your packages are, can't even advise on where and when they can be picked up. You can only speak to offshore agents, who are of no use and are very difficult to understand.

TNT/Fedex service is the worst I've experienced on numerous occasions. Least of their worries if they lose your package or don't deliver for days/weeks past what would be considered a fair timeframe.

Paid for sensitive express for a digital Piano it arrived at the depot on Friday. Wasn’t delivered till Wednesday due to them not having enough drivers and then the 150kg piano was dumped in our front yard. Had to call the company we brought the piano from who said that that wasn’t supposed to happen, they pay for it to delivered into the house. Had to get a local removalist company to bring it inside. DoNot recommend for large items.

Awaiting a package ordered 28/9 on a 2-4 day express delivery. Has been sitting in transit little over an hour away from me for over 7 days. Customer service not helpful, not wanting to rectify nor notify of what's going on.e:Called once again since I didn't get a response about my initial enquiry, was told that depot was not responding to initial request for information, that it will be followed up on - no call back. called again the next business day again told no response from depot. asked to speak to customer care rep whom I have been emailing, was at first told that i cannot speak to him because he's not at work followed very shortly by a he said he will look into it again". the time it's taken to get a simple explanation of whether my parcel is there or not i could have just reordered or ordered elsewhere and have it by now. CRAZY...E:confirmation finally received that package has indeed been lost.I have been asked by Fedex to liaise with sender of origin and that i "may be entitled to reimbursement" from said company. Fantastic work Fedex.Only took 4 business days to be told my package was lost."

Toowoomba; Large carton sent International Priority was just dumped at the end of my rural driveway. With 3 20X25 FRAGILE ELECTRONICS stickers it was dropped from waist height. Waybill showed a value of $3300 but obviously the driver was in hurry to get away from the approaching thunderstorm and didn't have time to put it under cover of the porch 20m away. TERRIBLE service
