Attended to buy some ‘rub’ for brisket, none available, but young butcher immediately offered to bag up some of his own supply. Great friendly service, no effort, so obliging. Will certainly recommend to friends. Purchased some crumbed lamb cutlets, top class! Many thanks!

An 'old fashioned' butchery who has a passion for what they do. Always top quality meats and service. If you are looking for something in particular they are happy to order in, or make especially. Very understanding of food allergies and intolerance's. Of particular note is the grass fed Gippsland beef, lamb kofta and our Christmas ham which was smoked on the premises. Highly recommended!
