Have previously rated this hotel higher, but changing my rating due to the housekeeping of our room with inconsistent service: we had good days, but also one day no one came at all, another one the dishwasher was not loaded, and another one the bed was not made.Also this morning at breakfast I had to go through a couple of cups to find one that didn’t have tea/coffee stains on it.The resort is beautiful, but these little things just make the overall experience less pleasant.

The buffet breakfast was so-so. They have very limited selection of food. The bacons were so overcooked that it's dry and hard. Sausages were of poor quality. Overall, it's not worth the money. It's better off to go to a cafe as there are many of them nearby.

Even though this restaurant is a family style restaurant it certainly does not disappoint in the food! Our dinner was seriously 5 star quality! We had the Salmon which was absolutely devine, the Surf and Turf which was cooked to perfection and super tasty and the kids Nuggets which had the yummiest chips! Well done to the Chefs and a big thank you! Tim our waiter was very efficient and the right amount of friendly and professional. Tim looked after us for Breakfast each day too and again was amazing! We learnt it was only his 4th shift, he is a very hard worker and so welcoming. Thanks team, well done to you all!

Very fast service, polite and efficient staff. Despite being busy, we never had to wait. Food was amazing! The bar staff were friendly but professional. Great management. Thank you all for a wonderful time!

4th visit because we usually love it here. Food and waterpark is great, but housekeeping aren't that great. Asked for fresh sheets after our 4th night, instead they just pulled up our sheets and left the current ones on it, sand etc all through the sheets (goes to show that they are not capable of even remaking beds correctly).From working with a few motels in the past as both a receptionist and housekeeping supervisor it's always been very standard to give fresh sheets.I don't understand why it takes them until after 2pm to service rooms when they're putting in the bare minimum, no quality in the cleaners at all. Why bother pushing around a cart full of sheets if you're not using them.

We stayed there during Australia day holiday period, we really enjoyed our breakfast sessions at there ,great service, especially bar stuff was excellent, very helpful and cheerful.,especially bar lady who served us was so great.

Paid extra on check in for brekky, terrible decision. Staff were nice, food was awful. Could tell the sausages and bacon were of the absolute cheapest quality and were undercooked, place was rather sticky and dirty. Wouldn’t return, $80+ when we mostly ate toast and eggs.
