I have to say my experience with Wow Beds was fantastic, I looked around for a long time and wanting to buy a bed in a box they were the only Company I could find who you could actually ring and talk to a real person, delivery was super fast and what can I say the mattress is amazing I have not slept so well in years, no aches and pains whatsoever. I would recommend Wow Beds to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress.

Great mattress, I bought the medium-firm, and it was exactly as described. The box was small enough to unpack easily, and the quality seems really good, especially considering the price. I recommend!

Great product! The mattress isn't too soft or too firm - it's just right. Even with two kids in bed with us, I can still get a good sleep. Bed frame also is very good and looks far more expensive than it costs. Only gripe is it took a long time to assemble (probably because I did it by myself)

Spoke with Gary (Sales Representative) obliging, helpful, informative and delivered to expectations. A credit to the company. Bought bed yesterday so far so good....Quality material, bed frame was of high standard, however every screw and component was exact quantity, luckily no mishaps. All good.

Personally did not like the mattress which was fine, we opted to return for our money back as per the guarantee. Took 3 months for them to collect the mattress after multiple attempts to contact them and we are still waiting for a refund which was apparently processed last week. While you're mattress may be good for some, your customer service is appalling!

Tldr - Was advised to get a different firmness. Mattress is rock hard and not suitable.I ordered a medium firmness and was contacted and advised a medium firm would be a better option for me. I should have ignored the advice.This mattress is like a rock! It is so hard that I was waking up in pain or just unable to fall asleep at all. Ive taken to sleeping on the couch.I reached out after 2 weeks to organise a return and am yet to receive a response (10 days since first contact). I know the Salvation Army pickup in my area will take around 3-5 weeks to collect. Looks like I’m stuck with it for a while till someone contacts me or doesn’t brush me off when I call with ‘oh we’ll get back to you via email soon’.The quality of the construction is ok. It doesn’t come with a safety opener so you have to carefully try and cut the packaging with scissors and it’s quite heavy.
