The young girls that work here are always super friendly and efficient. Service with a smile always. I know it's a quick stop bakery but they make the effort. Cheers!

The staff here are incredibly helpful! We have lots of allergies we need to avoid, they took the time to look up every bread suggested to make sure it was safe for us. Amazing and thank you!

Same as all their outlets, good variety of breads etc.Starting to get a bit expensive though.

Customer service by majority is poor, there is maybe one exception-the red head. During cold periods or if the customer asks and it's cold, staff usually heat up goods, lately they have stopped this and claim the goods are still hot. It's 8 degrees most mornings now so it's nice to have it warmed up at least or that bit extra hot to fight the cold. They haven't been warm once when they said this to me. I have been avoiding the place because it seems like when I ask it is a pain, and I always say please when I ask-I never used to have to ask it used to be offered which I used to thank them for. This has led to my decision to take my business elsewhere, I used to go nearly every morning and buy two items, but have slowly been redirecting to other places for goods because I find friendlier and more helpful service elsewhere. I am very disappointed because the goods themselves are really good.

A sweet and delightful franchise bakery with the basics. Do not expect anything unique though.

Only walked past today but often shop here. Though the staff changes quite often, have not ever been disappointed by the service,friendly smiles or goodies available.Well done Baker's Delight
