As a new employee (6 weeks), and older worker, with Home Instead, Frankston and Mornington Peninsula, and a long professional career behind me, I can honestly say I have never experienced such wonderful, genuine support, guidance, encouragement, and acknowledgement of my work in a workplace from all levels ofmanagement. I am truly thrilled to be working for a great franchise, expertly owned and professionally run by Sylvia and her team, and to work with older residents and their families in their own home instead of being moved to residential Aged Care. What a gem in the community! And when I tell my friends they have never heard of it and neither had I until I followed up the outdoor sign on the office out of curiosity one day.Loving every day

Sylvia has generously shared her practice wisdom and specialist expertise to help me professionally navigate the complexities of ageing, including understanding the direct lived experience for older people/seniors, and in making helpful assessment and service suggestions for older people that I work with/support as a Psychologist.Sylvia is clearly extremely passionate about supporting older people/seniors to live safely and independently for as long as possible, and her genuine care, respect and compassion for older people is also evident in all her consultations and interactions. Thank-you so much, as I have learned an enormous amount recently - and my clients (and other HISC Frankston/Mornington older people/seniors and their families) are the lucky beneficiaries!

Amazing group of people doing incredible things to support people on the Peninsula.It is so wonderful to see some of the ways staff go out of their way to care for clients and ensure they're well cared for, while remaining independent.

I have been part of this wonderful team for nearly one year. I have found my passion in life in helping our beautiful elderly stay in their homes. I love to do my home cooking for them. my lemonade scones are a big favourite. I would highly recommend Home Instead to people who want a new career that is so rewarding everyday.
