This is - without a doubt - one of my favourite stores to go into. Not only are the staff friendly and knowledgeable across all aspects of fitness and nutrition, but they also make the experience welcoming and comfortable. The last couple of times I've gone in Chris has served me and he has been nothing but great; always taking the time to have a chat, and share his knowledge and passion. I'd give 10/10 stars to this place if I could!

The staff here are great! I’ve shopped here 5 times at least. Henry and Sarah do a great job, they remember who you are even if you haven’t been there in months which makes you feel like you’re more than just another customer. You’re basically guaranteed to get your supplements at a good price and they stock all the major brands and more

This company is a big fraud and absolutely dodgy. I ordered from their website on the 18th of May 2023 and 2 full weeks later, am yet to receive my goods. They constantly shift the blame to the courier and provide zero resolution. Multiple back and forth emails for an order that just needs to be shipped from Sydney to Brisbane! I've ordered supplements from dozens of online shops and this is THE WORST experience I've had. Avoid these clowns!Are they going broke, does anyone know?

Shipping was very quick yet when I tried to cancel an order before it was dispatched it was not done properly. I had to wait for item to come then send it back to get refund. Customer service over the phone was not great either. Had to call several times to resolve this issue.

Today I came in & I spoke to a young girl with black hair and blue eyes I think her name is Selena as I heard the other male worker call her by that I sadly missed to actually grab her name but she was so lovely and very helpful with every product I asked about she had information of witch was very helpful I will honestly come back just for having a great employee it’s great to see I honestly think she should be manger because she has great communication very friendly & knows what she’s talking about
