John, Ron and the team at Twin Cities Glass & Aluminium have upgraded our existing traditional security screens to the SecureView security screens. No more big ugly grills. I was very impressed with the service, product they recommended and the price! Glad to support a local business!

Twin Cities designed and installed our new all weather front entry. We couldn’t be happier with the result, an amazing signature feature of our home that solved our presentation and security concerns. Had master bedroom double mirror doors on built-in closet installed. When delivery arrived the mirrors were dirty and not covered with muddy hand marks all over where it had been handled with dirty gloves, when questioned about from my female partner, the driver didnt feel she deserved an answer as a woman. When I inspected the dirty mirrors and frame, I noticed 25 mm cut marks every 100 odd mm. When asked about it was told all mirrors are like that. News to me, call them and had mirrors returned. Was told a new one would be made and delivered, our carpenters were on site to greek the delivery, again no covers and mirrors had small cuts in glass and chips in powder coated frame. Carpenters had to send away after delivery driver wanted to fight as a reason to sort the problen. What an appalling company, never to be used again. We had the doors made from Ayr and delivered up, coved (without asking) and no cut marks. Twin cities glass & aluminum is an absolute joke.

Installed new shower screen today. On time efficient and cleaned up after job finished. The guys were friendly. Very pleased with the job done.

Very happy with the service and love my new doors and the new shower screen is fantastic. Installers were great, polite and very easy to deal with.
