My parcel was onboard for delivery since 11am....at 1635 I got a notification that it's not going to be delivered. I've rung the next day....got delivered late in the afternoon - was left at the door(we were home-no knock either)...

My regular courier Mick is fantastic! Happy to contact me to let me know he has a delivery if I am not home and always ensures it's left in a safe place out of sight and weather. Always happy and smiling, even when it's cold and miserable. Cheers for being the best courier around!

Charlie Galea is our delivery man and we get parcels fairly regularly. Charlie is not only a wonderful worker but he remembers his customers. It is lovely when we see his van in the driveway and get to say hi!!

It would be really good if the driver could either call out or knock when they leave the parcel sitting out on the front chair in view of the street. We have had things stolen before.We have been home every time

Hi, got my item but not quite happy with the driver. The driver got into my garage to drop the parcel when they could knock the door as we were at home or drop it in the mailbox as the item was small. Not sure what sort of policies they follow but should be one against getting into the customer's garage.

They dropped a bed frame on the front lawn of our house , didn’t even knock as I was home , then when I went to tell her it’s not our parcel she drove off when I walked towards her .. I had to look at the docket and contact the owners and get themTo pick it up … very hopeless outfit .
