Was told it was a 10 minute wait for coffee, which was not a drama. 20 minutes later still no coffee and when I asked for refund I was told I needed to line up again in the order queue which was out the door. I was unable to wait around for either due to having an appointment. Extremely frustrating.

Very rarely you get coffee you want. Often, too hot or half full cup or just flat white regardless your preference. Food often dry

Pretty decent Starbucks, very happy to see this as an option for food/coffee at the PA hospital. I actually didn't know this existed for months until now but I would go out of my way to come here. I even came here in a wheelchair and there was still space for me to sit down and not be in other people's way. Lines not too long, service relatively quick. Good selection of both drinks and food options.

On the 16th of August, I went to the hospital with someone who has diabetes. I had to take them to the emergency. While we waited, I went and got a coffee for them from Starbucks. I first time, the cup was only half full, so I went back. By the way this was at 2pm that day. The 2nd time, I had to wait for the girl so finish her conversation with her friend before she would serve me. I specifically asked her not to put any sugar in the coffee. I wouldn't have minded waiting, After all, her friend was on their way out, so it's not really a problem. But the fact that they messed up the order and put sugar in the coffee for a diabetic person, when I specifically told them not to. I would expect better, especially at a hospital. They really should know about diabetes and take it seriously. After that, I went to the coffee cart, and they got the order right first time. Starbucks, lift your game. Even carts deliver better service.

Maybe hire people who want to work and don’t get an attitude because they got the order wrong because they are trying to rush everyone out to close the store. If you close at 7 close clean then not before when people in a hospital are trying to order.
