Decent for the price you pay, servo down the road and Mollymook a short drive away. Room we stayed in was big, but kinda stuck in the 70s. Has a good bbq area, volleyball and basketball area. The pool was closed due to covid when we visited. If you need the reception staff, don't bother going in to reception....just call them on their mobiles. All round, decent...nothing flash, but decent.

Absolutely disgusting…. This is the filthiest place I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was full of mould, the pillows were rock hard. There was a can of fly spray and a can of pea beau sitting on the bench and there were rat traps around the entrance of the room … The back door was no very secure. My brother and his family also stayed in a room and it was not much better.

Room cupboards dirty toilet had sealed with freshness on the toilet open it up wee on the seat and everywhere blanket in cupboard stained hair on bathroom floor in shower shower water doesn't come out properly was overcharged. Bathroom curtain dirty

Great value for money. On site swing was fun for our daughter. Handheld shower was great. Car parking not being right outside our room wasn't good. Some lesser used parts of the room were dusty/cobwebby.

Old and a bit run-down but the beds were comfortable enough and the price ok. Don't expect a swim, the pool is out of action and room service is a short walk to the nearest service station.

Were staying in the budget motel type accomodation , $100 night on the coast on the weekend!Sure the place is run down and daggy but the room is very clean and has everything you need. The bed is also clean as are all surfaces. After reading some of these reviews (after booking )I was worried!!Was a bit disappointed that the pool no longer functioned but I believe the price reflects that. Besides, we're here for the beach .Nice gardens . Beautiful bird song in the morning from our back balcony.The guy at reception was lovely....servo and bottle o basically next door .Owners should probs fix the pool or take the photos off the Web site cos I was a bit devestated to learn it wasn't working . But we're one night into our 2 night stay and I've got to say , I'm finding the place kind of charming. For 100 bucks!!!On Yuin country

Clean and tidy rooms that accommodated family well. Quiet enough area. Yes an older style modest limited resources, no pool or spa. motel reflected in price.

Spacious room with 1 double bed, 1 single and 1 pull out sofa bed for our stay. Design is dated but clean and functional. Located just a few minutes from Tabourie Beach and Ulladulla. Inexpensive. Recommended.

Pictures do not match! false advertising. This place is totally run down and dirty. The pool was empty with a sign saying closed due to covert. A Staff member not sure maybe manger called before check in to ask to take the two nights stay full payment and that the key was in the door. Bathroom was not clean as it was and for two days saw no staff or house keeping in our room. Or anywhere acctully. What looked like the Dining room had a closed sign and a printout in the room said 100 meters down the road u could get something. And to top it off has the nerve to change $138 a night just wow. I put the one star because i can’t put no star.

It is quiet and the location is handy to Ulladulla. But it is very tired and dated. Room was very dirty, food smears on cupboards and in the microwave, kitchen floor dirty enough you couldn't remove you shoes, and didn't want to contemplate how dirty the carpet might be. Silverfish in the sink. Bathroom mouldy in many places, with tissue on the floor. Internet didn't work. The most concerning thing was the door required two hands to open it as the mechanism for it was faulty, one for the knob one for the lock. So glad I wasn't trying to open it in an emergency! Survived a one night stay!
