Dont Purchase vehicles from here. Mine was loaded with forklift onto tilt tray and they damaged side steps and put dents in the tail sharft. Contacted them for reimbursement for steps and sharft and got told damaged caused by forklift is In there terms and conditions! Why do we pay such large fees etc for such little care!

When expectations are rarely met, we were so pleasantly surprised to have received some great customer service from Manhein Brisbane. Receiving a courier package with the things that were unknowingly left in our car that was written off and in possession of Manhein was, unexpected and much appreciated. Going above and beyond. It is very difficult to believe, that after more than 15 vehicles purchased, not one has had more than a litre of fuel in it, nor a log book or user manual. And now that they are charging over 13% plus GST, plus this and plus that, it is ridiculous that a non Aussie company is used by so many.

My car ended up here after being written off. Do not trust them to return all of your belongings from the car. I had spare brake pads and loose money left in the car. Never to be seen again. Blatant stealing.

Ive been waiting 2 weeks for manheim to freight my vehicle to find out it still hasnt even been sent now. I now have to wait another 2 weeks. Don't let manheim freight your car find another company.
