Terrible service. Workmanship was horrible when i took in a pair of pants to be taken in at the waist (not straight / ripped 2 days later / messy sewing). Avoid this place and go somewhere else

I get all my pants done here, generally very fast, just grab a coffee and come back to pick up

Terrible terrible service! They cannot find the skirt, and they even mixed up with other people’s. I found it by myself, and the lady there she THREW the skirt to me! So rude!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS -I took back a top they had let down and asked them to take it back up. They said half an hour, when I came back they lost it and after finding it quoted another 5 minutes, no problem. They then proceeded to CUT INTO my expensive top without telling me. The ladies who work here speak such poor English (which is fine) except if they’re going to cut your clothes they should absolutely tel you this. Gallingly rude and they still charged me for their botched work. Fine for cheap clothes but anything you love - go somewhere reputable. Let’s also consider they’re cash only, so unable to be accountable for their work (amongst the other obvious implications).

Do not recommend. Asked for a cami singlet to be taken in at the waist and it was only taken in at the top. The lady pinning my top didn't listen to me at all! The top doesnt fit at all now and is unwearable. Dont risk it.

Dodgy service, don't listen to what you want and won't fix mistakes they make. Would only use in emergency as it's quick.

This business is the worst! Avoid if you can. They lost my stuff and when they found it it was not ready. Came back the next day and it was still not ready. The day after I went back and again they could not find it. They do not have a proper system in place. They are absolutely useless!

These guys are amazing! I'd drive across town to use them. I've taken all manner of clothing to Tui and her team including jeans, shorts, t-shirts and even curtains!! She does an AMAZING job. In fact, their work is basically magic IMO. She seems to be able to pull fabric out of nowhere. Highly recommended.
