Coffee making tastes burnt and a waste of time and money. Best off either fuelling up or buying a cold drink from the fridges, service sucks even the food isn’t cooked properly. Go to the Caltex across the road for better service

It advertises as 24 hrs but it's not.It doesn't have proper opening/ closing times advertised on its premise.

Very impressed, good supply of cleaning equipment for car windows; staff always polite and friendly, well stocked shelves and excellent hot and cold foods.

I have been a regular customer since BP opened in Craiglee. The staff have ALWAYS been great. I ever only get fuel and a takeaway coffee, 5 days a week. Today, I was confronted by a rude, nasty staff member who demanded my medical details, demmanded I put on a mask, while standing with three other workers getting served UNMASKED, then told to take my coffee and get out!! I will NEVER return to this place again and will advise everyone to go across the road to Caltex. NO STARS

I don't know what's going on here - at least 2 staff are friendly but this we'll serve your coffee while you torturously wait - just not getting that part. I've walked out TWICE now without my coffee bcos l needed to get on the road... I only allow less than 5 min to pick up coffee on my way. Never once have they offered me a replacement coffee.They must have forgotten the SHELL Servo across the road been there 40 odd years - IMMEDIATE COFFEe - the way l like it and like $2! I choose to remain with the true local servo. New businesses never bring better service"

I like the BP app where I don’t have to inside to pay. I can straight from my smart phone. Great for motorcyclists in full leathers during summer.

No dramas getting fuel. Usual BP products and snacks available with coffee machine. One shared toilet for all...
