Nothing was too much trouble and the end result is a true to source file, superb quality part for a fair price!Scott especially has gone above and beyond when it comes to simply excellent customer service and prototyping support. Great Experience! I contacted Australian Laser Cut out of the blue with a bizarre little hobby project involving laser cutting. I had no idea how to get started and they were very helpful and told me everything I needed to know. I designed my project in Inkscape as an SVG file and emailed it through. Later I dropped off the leather, and then picked up the finished project a few days later. The result was millimeter perfect to my design parameters. Beautiful straight cuts and curves, through very thick leather. Furthermore, my design worked out and the item is fit for purpose and I couldn't be more pleased. I'll definitely be using Australian Laser Cut again for my next project.
