Shell Coles Express Marsfield

One of the worst petrol pump I have ever seen; I filled the fuel, got my car washed spent more than $50 still when asked for washroom availability as I spent almost one hour in a queue to get my car washed he said washroom is not working; how ridiculous; is this what you call customer service?? I would never got back here again.

Please keep your car wash ticket before it expire, otherwise they may cancel it anytime they want. Photo of the ticket wont work, dont ask me why.In short, you can have good memory for that 6 digital number, but if you lost the ticket, it means no service.

Not recommended.It is a poor automatic car wash, go elsewhere. Even though it was modern, it still left a grimey residue over the car and windscreen

Manager of the store doesn’t have any customer service skills, Me and my family take couple of coffees every day from different coles express stores but I felt content of coffee in marsfield store is very much less than other stores. I told the same with the manager, instead of taking this as a feedback he replied this machine gets this amount of coffee only. Every store got the same coffee machine how come the content is less in this store. It’s not a matter of $1 but it shows professionalism of a store in charge.

Always have friendly staff - however, the car wash is ALWAYS broken/down OR so busy that you'll be parked in line half an hour or more every time. I'm sure there is probably a causal relationship between these two. The other annoying thing relating to this is that the car wash tickets aren't redeemable at other Coles Express stores, so if their car wash is down, then too bad.

Would give 0 stars if i could! Went to this coles express for the automatic car wash. The team member named Rehan" was rude and not interested to help. When i asked about the different pricing and the difference in the packages

We purchased their wash max soft cloth/touch free for $20 and didn't get the proper wash we paid for. It was all rinsing and a bit of soap and that's it, drying up. The brush didn't even touch the body of our car, just the wheels that's been done. Such a rip off!! We complained to the guy at the counter and he just dismissed us saying he doesn't know what to do. We are hoping for a refund from him atleast but we don't want it coming from us because we don't want to look like we're just after the money. He just doesn't care at all. We are just really disappointed. Worst carwash ever!!!! It's not even a good customer service. It was really disgusting, the wash left marks all over the car. It's not worth paying the bucks.

Worst customer service. Learn how to deal with your customers! Car wash was closed at least 3 nights in a row and my voucher has expired during that time. I gave them a call a couple nights later to check and it was finally open to use. When I turned up I was told my voucher has expired and they can't help me now because I should have come when the car wash was broken. What difference does it make? You know it was broken and you know my voucher was valid when the car wash was closed so I couldn't use it. The voucher should have been replaced straight away with no discussion.Rude and unfriendly staff will always try to rip you off. Disgusting.

Bought a 2x deal car wash ticket, used the first one, came back in 15 days to use the 2nd one and the code did not work. Staff refuse to replace saying I need a physical copy and I have already used the code. After calling head office they caved in and decided to give me a replacement ticket but this took about 20 minutes of my time which defeats the purpose of the car wash being quick.I used to come here all the time but now they have lost a repeat customer.

The gentleman that is often behind the counter is so friendly. Each evening I go in, he asks me how my day has been and seems genuinely interested. He’s always making sure I get the most discounts too (Coles vouchers, Fly Buys etc) and tonight even replaced an expired car wash voucher free of charge. Mate, keep up the great work. You’re a legend.
